"Today I am no longer intimidated to enter the gym, I have found my love for running again, and I have met THE BEST people out there. Tomorrow marks 7 weeks into my journey and I feel amazing. I feel healthy. I have stopped smoking and I'm working on my sobriety. I look forward to running and I look forward to putting healthy food into my body. I am thankful to be losing weight a healthy way since I had an issue with some unhealthy eating habits that left me very thin, and very unhealthy in the past. I have also registered for the Fargo Half Marathon and I could have never imagined I would be ready to run a half marathon. If you would have asked me the beginning of the year I would have laughed in your face. I cannot be more thankful or happy with the results this far, let alone how I feel. I am a happier person, I love the new me. So thank you April Lund, Aaron, and everyone in Track Club that motivates me to be there for speed work at 5am on Saturday mornings!" – Christi J.
