Meet April Lund
A passionate advocate for health and wellness, April Lund is one of the most sought after personal trainers and fitness & wellness coaches in the Bismarck-Mandan, ND area.
Overcoming much adversity, April has emerged as an inspiration and leader in her community. In 2017, she was named the Most Impactful Member of the Community and honored with the HERO Award by Blue Cross Blue Shield and the American Heart Association. April’s generous heart and warm personality are reflected through her may volunteer activities. She gives of her time and resources for organizations such as: The Bismarck Cancer Center, Special Olympics, and BisMan Stilettos (including Hope Manor, Charles Hall, God's Child, and countless more.) Additionally, she serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the local American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women initiative, is an advocate for Runners Against Destructive Decisions (R.A.A.D.), a Huddle Leader for Fellowship of Christian Athletes Endurance, Founder of Bright Light Scholarship for high school athletes making a difference in the community, recipient of Outstanding Woman in Business, judge for Bismarck-Mandan Scholarship Pageant Lifestyle/swimwear/fitness and the Founder of GYS Track Club – where she coaches over 100 athletes to be their personal very best!
In her free time, April is setting records all over the state and country. In the past two years alone, she has won over 50 races. She enjoys running 5Ks to Half Marathons with the GYS Track Club and Epic Sports. Her husband Jeff, rescue K-9 son, Jimbo, her clients, athletes and friends are the joys in her life.
